Beanthentic helps Lipa coffee farmers register farms, keep records, and support Kapeng Barako traceability.

- Record — view and manage your farmer records.
- Register — add or update farm registration details.

Tip: Use the bottom menu on every screen to move between these areas quickly.

Complete registration so your farm appears in Beanthentic and can be verified for GI readiness.
- Tap Register on the bottom menu (or open Register from Home).
- Fill in farm details: location, variety (e.g. Barako), area, and other required fields.
- Upload clear photos of documents or farm proof when asked.
- Review everything, then tap Submit.
- Wait for confirmation — you can check status under Register or your registration summary.
Tip: Good internet is needed when submitting. If upload fails, try again on a stronger connection.

Your data stays organized so buyers and partners can trust your coffee origin.
- Open Record to see your farmer profile and linked farm data.
- Each registered farmer can have a QR code for quick access during field visits or sales.
- Use History to review transactions and past updates.
- Keep records accurate — update registration if your farm details change.
Tip: Do not share your login. Only share QR or public profile details when you intend to.

Protect your account and control how the app works on your phone.
- Go to Account → Account Settings → Settings.
- Security — change your password; use a strong password you do not share.
- Notifications — turn alerts on or off (login, security, app updates).
- General — language, light/dark theme, and app version info.
- Update your profile photo and personal info under Account Settings when needed.
Tip: Forgot your password? On the login screen, use the help link, or change password in Settings after signing in.

- We use your data to manage your farmer profile, registration, and app features.
- Do not give your password to anyone — staff will not ask for it.
- You can read the full Privacy Notice from Account Settings when you need legal details.
Tip: Only enter true farm information. Wrong data can delay verification.

Try these steps before asking for support:
- Check your internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
- Refresh the page or close and reopen the app.
- Sign out, then sign in again with the correct account.
- Make sure the app has permission for camera/storage if uploading photos.
- If registration is pending, wait for admin review — status may update later.
